Launched in 2024 by the Philadelphia Foundation in partnership with the Lenfest Institute and supported by the William Penn Foundation, Philly Gives connects donors to trusted organizations serving the region’s most vulnerable communities.

Philly Gives 2025 launches its second year as an urgent call to action.
This year’s campaign mobilizes private giving to support high-impact, high-capacity nonprofits that are lifelines for vulnerable communities across Greater Philadelphia.
These organizations have the scale to serve thousands and the trust and infrastructure to make every dollar count. Nonprofits receive 100% of donations with administrative costs fully covered by the William Penn Foundation. Our goal is clear: protect dignity, preserve opportunity, and invest in stability for all. Together, we can strengthen the nonprofits that strengthen our communities.
